An artbook leak for Spider-Man: Brand New Day reveals concept art for a Spider-Man, Hulk, and Punisher showdown.

An advance copy of the "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" artbook surfaced online, revealing significant plot and character details ahead of the film's release. The leak originated from a YouTube user's flip-through video. The official "Art of the Movie" book is slated for release on August 4, just days after the film's July 31 premiere.

The leaked concept art confirms a major confrontation involving Spider-Man, the Hulk, and the Punisher. This three-way battle appears to be a central element, with images depicting the heroes fighting together against the Hulk. This revelation provides a clear direction for a significant portion of the film's action.

Another piece of art shows an unmasked Peter Parker alongside MJ, suggesting a potential re-disclosure of his secret identity to her. This intimate moment raises questions about their relationship trajectory and whether Peter will once again share his civilian life with Mary Jane Watson. The implications for their future are significant.

Early designs for a Grey Hulk were also part of the leak, though subsequent information indicates the Hulk will appear green in the final film. The grey version was an early concept that did not make the final cut. Peter Parker's character arc also includes a struggle with perceived monstrous transformation, adding a personal layer to the narrative.

The artbook provides various concept designs for the Punisher, including different logo treatments and a detailed look at his iconic battle van. Jon Bernthal is confirmed to reprise his role as Frank Castle, bringing his established portrayal back to the screen. These designs offer insight into the character's visual evolution.

Additional concept art showcases other villains slated to appear, including Scorpion, Boomerang, and Ramrod. Images of a Damage Control building were also part of the leaked material, hinting at its role in the narrative. These visuals confirm a broader rogues' gallery and potential institutional involvement in the story.

Notably absent from the leaked art is any specific mention of Sadie Sink's character, who is widely rumored to be Jean Grey. This omission suggests deliberate efforts to keep her role under wraps until the film's release. The ensemble cast includes Tom Holland, Zendaya, Mark Ruffalo, and Jacob Batalon.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is set to premiere on July 31. The screenplay was penned by Chris McKenna, Erik Sommers, and Justin Kuritzkes. Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal are among the producers. The film promises a significant new chapter for the web-slinger.
