The darkness surrounding Kaalvan Gaon is set to grow even more sinister with Ayudh: Rebirth #2, the next chapter in the supernatural saga.
Following the bloodshed that has engulfed the cursed village, the story moves deeper into its central mystery as the identity of the killer finally comes to light. But the revelation offers few answers. Instead, it introduces an unearthly entity whose violent actions appear to be driven by a force beyond human understanding.
At the centre of the unfolding horror is a disturbing question: what exactly is this entity, and who or what commands it? Its relentless attacks have left death and destruction in their wake, suggesting that the violence in Kaalvan Gaon may be part of something much larger. With supernatural forces seemingly at work, the second issue promises to explore the darkness behind the killings rather than simply reveal the creature responsible for them.
Adding another layer to the mystery is Dakini, whose arrival in the village raises questions of its own. Why has she come to Kaalvan Gaon, and what does she know about the forces operating there? Her true intentions remain concealed, leaving readers to wonder whether she is an ally, an adversary, or part of a much more complicated game. As secrets begin to surface, trusting anyone may prove increasingly difficult.
Yet amid the supernatural violence and unanswered questions, one mystery rises above everything else: Where is Ayudh? His absence hangs heavily over the story, turning the search for him into one of the issue's biggest hooks. With the village descending further into chaos and multiple forces seemingly moving toward an unknown objective, Ayudh: Rebirth #2 looks set to expand both the mythology and stakes of the series.
Written by Ashwin Kalmane and Sudeep Menon, with artwork by Abinash Ghosh, Ayudh: Rebirth #2 features a cover by Abinash Ghosh and Prasad Patnaik. The new issue is scheduled to release on September 10, continuing the mystery of Kaalvan Gaon and bringing readers another step closer to discovering what has happened to Ayudh.
