Lara Croft faces a devastating event at Croft Manor, launching her into a new globe-spanning quest for ancient artifacts.
Lara Croft is back in a new four-issue comic series from Dark Horse Books, Tomb Raider: Sacred Artifacts. Written by Casey Gilly with art by Antonio Di Caprio, the series collects issues #1–#4 into a 96-page English-language book. It picks up Lara's story after the events of Tomb Raider: Underworld, plunging her into a fresh chapter of dangerous mysteries and global quests.
The adventure kicks off with the destruction of Croft Manor, forcing Lara to re-evaluate her priorities. However, reflection is cut short when a mysterious foe acquires a dangerous, familiar artifact. This event propels Lara across continents, returning her to her core mission of raiding tombs and pursuing legendary relics.
Casey Gilly, known for her genre and horror storytelling, pens this latest comic adventure. Italian artist Antonio Di Caprio, making his Dark Horse debut, handles the interior art. Eren Angiolini provides the colors, while Brooklyn-based illustrator Taurin Clarke, who has worked for Marvel and DC, created the cover art.
Tomb Raider: Sacred Artifacts was published by Dark Horse Books on September 15, 2026. This 96-page collection offers readers another opportunity to experience the iconic adventurer through the comics medium. From the ruins of her home to a journey spanning continents, the series promises a classic Lara Croft blend of mystery, archaeology, and high-stakes adventure.
